Terms & Conditions

By using the Services, you acknowledge you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You also certify that any 3D file (“3D Model”) uploaded to the 3D Printing Studios Asia Website does not violate any federal law or regulation including those pertaining to firearms, or applicable standards maintained by ISO, ASTM, ASME, or other similarly situated body. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Website, Applications, or Services.

Payment:
Payment can be done via PayPal.com or bank transfer. If you choose to pay using PayPal you will be directed to the PayPal.com website. In case you choose to pay by bank transfer you can use the 'generate invoice' on the payment page, our company payment details are mentioned at the footer of the invoice document.

3D Printing Studios Asia shall not be responsible in any way for the payment process done via the PayPal.com website. Please refer to the PayPal’s terms of use.

For orders paid for via PayPal, 3D Printing Studios Asia will begin production after authorizing and holding payment. For orders paid for via bank transfer, 3D Printing Studios Asia will begin production after the funds arrive in the 3D Printing Studios Asia bank account.

Cancellation of order by you:
Once you have made payment to your order either via PayPal.com or bank transfer, you cannot cancel your order after it goes into production. Payment made is non-refundable.

Cancellation of order by us:
There are, however, technical or other reasons 3D Printing Studios may not accept or may cancel your order (entire/partial) during the entire ordering process, even after our acceptance of your order. In case we cancel your partial or entire order, we will contact you via email and issue you a credit note for the cancelled item(s). To utilize your credit note, please email us with a copy of the issued credit note and 3D model digital files for a manual quotation.

Liabilities:
All products manufactured by 3D Printing Studios Asia are "prototypes" designed in accordance with the customer's specifications. In no case shall 3D Printing Studios be liable for consequential damages including but not limited to loss, cost, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company resulting from the use of the prototype. Whilst 3D Printing Studios endeavour to deliver all prints and design work on time any timelines provided are indicative only.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will post any revisions on our Website and may also provide notice to you through the service or via email. What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
