Ordering: Customers can place orders at AZ3DPrint.com or by contacting the company directly. All orders are subject to acceptance by the company.

Pricing and Payment: Prices are stated in the company's quotation tool, and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order, and the company accepts various forms of payment.

Shipping and Delivery: AZ3DPrint will make every effort to ship orders promptly, but we can not guarantee delivery dates. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds: The company will accept returns of defective or incorrect products within 30 days of delivery, and will refund the purchase price or replace the product, at its discretion. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted.

Warranty: The company warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one month from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability: The company's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sale of its products is limited to the purchase price of the products. The company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or business interruption. AZ3DPrint is not to be held liable for any design flaw or misuse of any product produced.

Intellectual Property: The company retains all intellectual property rights in its products, including any patents, trademarks, or copyrights. Customers may not reproduce or distribute the products without the company's prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

Modification: The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice to customers. The modified terms and conditions will apply to all orders placed after the date of modification.
