Whether you want to incentivize bulk orders, reward loyal customers, or optimize pricing by production time, you can do it all — without manual intervention.

This feature is ideal for fabrication shops, machine shops, 3D printing services, and any manufacturing company offering custom parts, on-demand production, or batch manufacturing.

🔧 What It Does

You can create and apply several types of discounts, including:

• Order Total Discount
  – Automatically apply a discount when the total order value crosses a defined threshold
• Promocode Discount
  – Offer fixed or percentage-based discounts when customers enter a valid promo code at checkout
• Batch Discount
  – Apply a discount when ordering more than X identical parts — perfect for low-volume production or short-run jobs
• Discount by Manufacturing Time
  – Apply a discount when the estimated manufacturing time exceeds a certain threshold — a useful strategy for incentivizing longer, more profitable jobs or balancing machine utilization during low-load periods.
• Client Discount
  – Set client-specific discounts tied to individual customer profiles or company accounts
• Material Discount

🚀 How It Works

1. Go to Settings → Discounts
2. Click Create Discount
3. Select a discount type from the available options
4. Configure conditions such as:
   • Minimum quantity, order total, or time threshold
   • Applicable customers, materials, or promo codes
   • Fixed amount or percentage discount
5. Save — and the discount will apply automatically during quoting or checkout
