Internal Machines feature allows you to configure machines that are only visible to your internal team — or available to a selected list of companies via your quoting widget. This gives you the flexibility to test pricing models, manage sensitive capabilities, or offer exclusive manufacturing services to strategic partners without exposing them to the public.

🔧 What It Does

With Special Machines, you can:

Configure a machine and its associated materials, post-processing, lead times, and pricing rules
Use the “Limit to Internal Quotation only” toggle in machine settings to:
- Restrict machine use to Internal Quick Quote Generation
- Make it invisible on the public widget
Assign visibility to selected companies:
- Below the toggle, list which customer companies are allowed to access this machine on the quoting widget
Use this setup for:
- Client-specific pricing, rates, or manufacturing conditions
- Special equipment, pilot machines, or prototypes
- Exclusive capabilities (e.g., ITAR-compliant machines, custom metal forming tools)

This allows for more flexible CPQ workflows, contract manufacturing, and client-specific pricing without cluttering or exposing your broader offering.
