With Team Collaboration, you can:

• Invite team members to join your DigiFabster account
• Assign one of three built-in roles:
  • Salesman – Focused on quoting, customer interaction, and order tracking
  • Vendor – Access to manufacturing and production-related views
  • Company Owner – Full administrative access across all settings and panels
• Enable teams to work together while maintaining control over sensitive data and actions

This supports secure and efficient collaboration across departments — from sales and estimating to production and finance.

1. Go Users & Roles
2. Click “Add user”
3. Enter their email and assign a role (Salesman, Vendor, Company Owner)
4. The user will receive an invite and gain access based on their role’s permissions
